Chargebacks may only be requested under specific circumstances, such as unauthorized transactions or billing errors. Before initiating a chargeback, clients are encouraged to contact our customer service team to resolve any issues directly.

Chargebacks will not be considered valid in situations where the service was provided as agreed, or where the client fails to comply with the cancellation or refund policies outlined in the service agreement.
